Our facilities encompass multiple interchangeable high and low care lines. We produce quality products in a variety of formats, these are driven by customer requirements. We are looking for a talented and motivated Head Development Chef for Pastry and Desserts, who will predominantly skilled in developing and pastry, desserts items with NPD & EPD experience. This could be a dessert Chef from a 5* Hotel, airline catering, high profile catering companies Qualifications & Requirements: You will have/be:

• Culinary Degree

• 5+ years of expereince in NPD, EPD. Developing pastry, cakes and desserts

• Expereince in large scale production

• Knowledge of food safety and food quality requirements in a central production facility

• Basic financial understanding for recipes

• Solid expereince in taste and texture combinations and visual presentation

• Expereince in creating recipes

• Good communication skills

• Comfortable working with deadlines and an open minded team player
