The Role
Position Title: Head Chef Employment Type: Full time Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualification Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: High-end casual dining restaurant located in Dubai Job Role: . Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities . Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings. . Approve and "polishing" dishes before they reach the customer . Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages . Be fully in charge of managing and training kitchen staff
Requirements
