Job Description
A Seafood Restaurant is looking for an experienced and qualified Seafood Head Chef
To be the first in command in the facilities and will create and inspect dishes before they arrive at the customers ensuring high quality and contentment. Prepares the seafood dishes. Stocks, dates and rotates salad bar products to ensure quality, freshness, selection, and adequate quantity to meet customer demand. Implements correct product preparation techniques. Handles customer relations in a positive manner, including effective resolution of customer complaints. Ensures safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of work area, cooler, equipment, and display area 12 hour per day - Duty meal will be provide 6 days a week - 1 day off **Candidate must have experience in SEAFOOD to apply.
