- Prepare and bake sourdough artisan breads using traditional french/european flours and a sourdough starter
- Maintain bakery tools, equipment and records of materials
- Manage orders and customer customization requirements
Desired Skills & Experience
Must have experience in:
- Making artisan sourdough breads (examples: country loaf, bagguette, foccaccia, ciabatta..etc)
- Maintaining a strong sourdough starter
- Handling high hydration dough
- Proven experience in shaping and lamination
- Knowledge in Flour types and characteristics
The following is a plus:
+ Experience making croissants/lamination type pastry
+ Command of English or Arabic language
+ Understanding/utilisating of social media tools
+ Customer oriented, creative and able to lead a small team

Pay: QAR2,001.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
