We're looking for an experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in a trendy sandwich concept. As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for creating delicious menu items, managing kitchen operations, and mentoring junior staff.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute menu items that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cleanliness.
- Train and mentor commis and sous chefs to help them develop their skills.
