Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the kitchen team and daily operations.
Prepare and execute Lebanese & Arabic dishes , sandwiches and Go-To Foods.
Ensure consistency, quality, taste, and presentation of all menu items
Develop and improve menu offerings while maintaining authenticity
Control food cost, portioning, inventory
Control and monitor items and purchasing.
Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and standards
Maintain strict cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in Lebanese/Arabic cuisine
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
Deep knowledge of traditional recipes, spices, and preparation techniques
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP)
