Head Chef (Turkish Cuisine)



Responsibilities:



Lead kitchen operations and menu execution

Prepare authentic Turkish dishes with consistency

Control food cost, wastage, and kitchen expenses

Train and supervise kitchen staff

Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

Develop seasonal and promotional menus

Requirements:



Proven experience as Head Chef in

Turkish cuisine



Strong leadership and menu development skills

Experience in restaurant and lounge concepts

Knowledge of costing and inventory control

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Experience:

* F&B Manager: 4 years (Required)
