Key Responsibilities:
Plan and create innovative menus aligned with our brand and customer preferences
Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain consistency and efficiency
Monitor inventory, food costs, and minimize waste
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and seasonal offerings
Maintain high standards of presentation and taste in all dishes
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of kitchen management, hygiene, and food safety standards
Creativity in menu planning and food presentation
Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy kitchen
Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus
