Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the kitchen team with a strong focus on health-conscious cuisine
Design and innovate a dynamic, seasonal menu using locally sourced and organic ingredients
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control
Manage inventory, food cost, and kitchen budgets
Maintain the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness
Collaborate with management on menu strategy and customer feedback
Train and mentor kitchen staff in healthy cooking techniques and best practices
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef (minimum 3 years preferred)
Deep knowledge of healthy, whole-food cooking techniques (Dairy free , plant-based, paleo, vegan, etc.)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Passion for sustainability, nutrition, and customer satisfaction
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
