Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate
Chef with expertise in Emirati cuisine
to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Emirati dishes with consistency and high quality. Develop and update menus to reflect traditional and modern Emirati food trends. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, presentation, and kitchen organization. Monitor food stock and place orders to ensure availability of fresh ingredients. Train and guide junior kitchen staff on techniques and presentation. Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a
Chef specializing in Emirati cuisine
(minimum 3-5 years). Strong knowledge of traditional Emirati dishes, ingredients, and cooking methods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.What We Offer:
