The Head Chef oversees all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food, smooth service, and team leadership. This role is responsible for menu development, cost control, staff management, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage kitchen staff.
Design and update menus aligned with the restaurant concept.
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.
Requirements:
Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef.
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
Creative, organized, and cost-conscious.
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
