Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple restaurants, and hotels simultaneously Supervise overall household operations across Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH). Manage diverse departments including F&B, Safety & Security, Facility Management, and Housekeeping. Ensure timely and proper food delivery services in the F&B department. Oversee kitchen operations, chefs, and F&B services for 50+ staff. Manage head chefs, chefs, and coordinate menu planning and execution. Ensure smooth coordination across laundry, banquet, and housekeeping functions. Preference for candidates with multi-property/hotel management background.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED21,000.00 per month

Experience:

Butler: 8 years (Required) Supervise overall household operations across Villa: 8 years (Required) Manage multiple restaurants, and hotels: 10 years (Required)
