Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a high-end or Japanese cuisine restaurant
Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage inventory and control costs
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
