Head Bartender | Dubai | Beach Club
A prestigious 5-star beach club in Dubai is seeking a talented and experienced HEAD BARTENDER to lead its bar operations. This is a high-impact role for a hospitality professional with a passion for premium service, mixology, and team leadership in a luxury environment.
Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality environments, especially alcohol-licensed venues
• Strong mixology skills and ability to lead bar operations
• Professional demeanor, excellent guest interaction, and team collaboration

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 6,500 per month
• Tips: AED 2,000 - 4,000 monthly
• Service Charge: AED 700
• Bonus structure
• Flight ticket provided
• Visa and medical insurance included
• Relocation support provided

Schedule & Conditions:

• 2 days off per week
• Accommodation not provided
• Must be available to start immediately
