Head Bartender
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:

Lead all bar operations, including supervising the Bartender team and managing daily cash-outs and reconciliations.
Develop and cost creative, high-quality beverage menus (cocktails, wine, spirits).
Manage liquor inventory, ordering, stock rotation, and wastage control.
Provide training and coaching to the bar team on beverage preparation, service, and safety standards.
Ensure exceptional service and a sophisticated atmosphere at the bar.

Requirements:

Strong experience in upscale dining or hospitality is mandatory.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and comprehensive beverage preparation is essential.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team effectively.
