About the Client:
A French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
:
- Oversees the outlet's bar operations and other bartenders' work to ensure that they provide positive customer experience
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Checking for proper identification, maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the bar area, replacing kegs, handling employee issues, handling customer complaints and disturbances
- Scheduling employees, supervising other bartenders, ordering supplies and alcohol and overseeing the workings of the bar area
- Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for staff and customers
Qualifications:
- Open to European and Western nationals
- 35 years and below
- At least 3 years experience in the same role from fine dining or high end restaurants
