Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned's Club, a private members' club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Bartender with a strong background in both bartending and barista operations to lead our luxury hotel bar.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage daily bar operations, ensuring seamless service in a luxury environment Create, develop, and execute innovative cocktail, mocktail, and coffee menus aligned with brand standards Prepare and serve premium beverages, specialty cocktails, and high-quality coffee drinks Train, mentor, and supervise bartenders and baristas to maintain service excellence Ensure consistency in beverage presentation, taste, and service Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination Enforce HACCP, health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times Deliver personalized guest experiences and handle guest feedback professionally Coordinate with F&B management on promotions, events, and seasonal offerings

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

Proven experience as Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a luxury hotel or high-end venue Strong bartender background with solid barista skills and coffee knowledge Expertise in classic and contemporary cocktails, specialty coffee, and beverage trends Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team Excellent communication and guest engagement skills Knowledge of luxury service standards and attention to detail Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
