Job Description
Maintain appropriate staffing levels Ensure all security incidents, accidents, and near misses are logged investigated, and rectified to prevent future catastrophes Ensures the work area is ready for service with pre- and post-service checks completed Engages in guests\xe2\x80\x99 interaction in a sensitive and appropriate manner Supervision and direction of bartenders and barbacks Ensure standardization and consistent beverage preparation, presentation, and quality Monitor and control bar beverage stocks and ensure efficient use of products Assist and direct wait staff when necessary Encourage team work and communication with bartenders and wait staff Ability to work casual shifts (see event list at www.motorpointarenacardiff.co.uk) Ability to supervise a team Ensure the consistent delivery of a premium product whilst promoting an energetic culture Maintain knowledge of industry trends and adapt when necessary Be creative with new offerings and initiatives to drive business Assist with training and developing the bar team Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
