Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily bar operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to maintain IHG service standards
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, soft drinks, and specialty beverages
Ensure all drinks are crafted with consistency, precision, and creativity
Welcome guests warmly, explain menus, and recommend beverages
Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
Manage inventory, place requisitions, and oversee stock rotation
Ensure bar hygiene, sanitation, and compliance with safety regulations
Organize bar displays and enhance overall guest experience
Collaborate with F&B leaders to ensure smooth restaurant and bar operations
Train junior bartenders on mixology techniques and beverage knowledge
Introduce new beverage ideas and support promotional activities
Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance
Ideal Profile
1-2 years of experience as Head Bartender or senior bartender in a 4- or 5-star hotel
Strong mixology skills and a passion for beverage craftsmanship
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with diverse teams and engaging with guests
Detail-oriented with high performance and service standards
Knowledge of bar software, POS systems, and inventory tools preferred
