Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to cafe standards
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of espresso machines and brewing equipment
2. Team Leadership
Supervise and train junior baristas on coffee preparation, customer service, and cafe procedures
Lead by example in maintaining a professional and positive work environment
Create shift schedules and delegate tasks efficiently
3. Inventory & Ordering
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
Coordinate with suppliers and place orders as needed
Minimize waste through proper inventory rotation and usage
4. Customer Service
Ensure excellent customer experience through friendly and efficient service
Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
Build relationships with regular customers to encourage loyalty
5. Cleanliness & Hygiene
Oversee daily cleaning routines and ensure compliance with food safety standards
Maintain hygiene standards in food and beverage preparation areas
Conduct regular checks to ensure all health regulations are followed
6. Menu Innovation & Development
Suggest and develop new drink recipes and seasonal offerings
Stay updated with coffee trends and bring fresh ideas to the cafe
7. Reporting & Coordination
Report to the cafe manager or owner with daily updates and team feedback
Support in organizing promotions, events, or training sessions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
