Required Head Barista for upcoming Specialty cafe in Sharjah. Job Responsibility: Knowledge of coffee beans variety. Knowledge of coffee beans level of roasting . Knowledge of proper calibration. Knowledge of R.O SYSTEM filter calibration. Knowledge about parameters of espresso milk. base and filtered coffee. Knowledge about TDS/PPM/PH. Preparing latte art with passion and heart. Accurately prepare all coffee item standardized recipe and presentation instructions Responsible for providing specialty Coffee and other drinks as well other bakery items To guests in the Cafe. Ensuring day-to-day service o guests with excellent customer service skills. Tracking inventory and place orders. Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures. Able to discern between a good and bad espresso shot followed by rectifying the issue (if any) Process cash and card payment through POS. Inventory control on supplies and other retail products. Aides with team management during the pick hours Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,250.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
