Head Barista
Job Description
:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent coffee knowledge, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the barista team on daily operations
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service standards
Train, coach, and motivate barista staff
Manage coffee recipes, calibration, and quality control
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the coffee station
Coordinate with management on stock control and ordering
Handle customer feedback professionally and positively
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Barista, with leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
Ability to train and manage a team
Good communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
