Job Title: Head Barista

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Tonos Restaurant, downtown,Dubai



We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Barista to lead our coffee operations and contribute to the development of innovative beverage menus. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth coffee knowledge, and the ability to create new drink concepts that enhance our menu and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the barista team during daily operations Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages Create, develop, and update beverage menus, including new and seasonal drinks Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality standards Train, mentor, and evaluate barista staff Maintain coffee recipes, brewing standards, and drink specifications Oversee inventory, ordering, and proper storage of beverage supplies Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are followed Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues efficiently Collaborate with management to improve beverage offerings and service quality
Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso-based drinks, and specialty beverages Ability to create new drink recipes and menu concepts Leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications

Barista certifications or specialty coffee training Experience with latte art Knowledge of beverage cost control and menu planning
