Key Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso-based coffee and specialty beverages
Prepare tea, fresh juices, mojitos, smoothies, and milkshakes
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all drinks
Handle and serve basic baked items like croissants, brownies, and muffins
Maintain cleanliness of bar counter, equipment, and work area
Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
Handle basic stock checking and daily cleaning duties
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cafe standards at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista
Knowledge of hot & cold beverages is mandatory
Basic idea of baked items handling
Friendly personality with good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure during busy hours
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety
Immediate joiner preferred (optional)
