We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled
Head Barista / Coffee Specialist
to lead our coffee operations, elevate beverage quality, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role combines hands-on barista excellence with team leadership, menu development, training, and quality control.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Maintain top-quality coffee standards through daily machine calibration, proper brewing techniques, and equipment upkeep.
Manage coffee inventory and coordinate supply needs.
Demonstrate strong coffee knowledge
and ensure the team follows correct preparation and quality practices.
Train, mentor, and lead baristas while ensuring smooth operations during busy hours.
Create new beverages and collaborate on menu updates and cost control.
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest requests professionally.
Monitor coffee sales, assist with scheduling, and ensure hygiene and brand standards are consistently met.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
