Job Description

We're looking for a Head Barista who doesn't just make drinks--they lead a beverage experience. This role blends artistry, leadership, and precision. You'll oversee a dynamic bar team, curate seasonal menus, and ensure every cup reflects our brand's premium identity.

Key Responsibilities



Lead daily bar operations across coffee, juices, mocktails, frappes, and shakes Train and mentor baristas to uphold consistency, speed, and visual presentation Develop signature drinks and seasonal editions with creative flair Maintain inventory, prep systems, and hygiene standards behind the bar Ensure all drinks meet aesthetic and flavor benchmarks--every cup should be camera-ready Collaborate with management on menu innovation and customer experience Uphold "clean as you go" discipline and stock rotation protocols

What We're Looking For



Minimum 5 years of barista experience, including team leadership Strong knowledge of espresso calibration, milk texturing, and drink layering Confident in mixology, juice blending, and dessert-style beverages Fluent in English with a warm, professional attitude Passion for drink aesthetics, flavor pairing, and customer engagement Reliable, self-managed, and committed to team harmony Able to work full-time, including weekends and peak hours
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
