Job Description
Project Angel is the healthy cafe Angel Cakes (located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi ) and the online healthy food store Angel Store. Angel Cakes is all about brunches, signature desserts and drinks made without refined sugar and gluten, as well as a wide variety of vegan dishes and options with superfoods. Now sweets can be healthy too!
Beyond that, Angel is a large community of people and projects united by shared values and philosophy, expanding its horizons every day. Our cafes are spaces for cozy offline gatherings and hubs for meaningful events.
What you will do:
Develop seasonal menu items and adjust classic ones, calculate cost, nutrition, and pricing;
Recruit, select, and train staff;
Manage and maintain the daily operations of the bars: monitor equipment, control write-offs, order tableware and work with ceramic artists, purchase coffee beans;
Organize new projects: plan bar areas, select equipment and inventory.
What we value:
A deep understanding of the Angel Cakes product and concept;
Strong leadership and management skills;
At least 3 years of experience in the field;
A creative approach to developing new drinks and designing menus.
