Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

: Supervise baristas, train new hires, motivate the team, and provide performance feedback.

Beverage Excellence

: Prepare specialty coffee, ensure quality control, develop recipes, and maintain high presentation standards.

Operations Management

: Manage workflow during peak times, calibrate espresso machines, control inventory, and handle ordering.

Customer Experience

: Resolve complaints professionally, ensure excellent service, and anticipate customer needs.

Hygiene & Safety

: Uphold strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.

Management Support

: Assist with scheduling, operational decisions, and upholding brand identity.
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Head barista (2 - 3 years), with leadership preferred. Advanced knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and brewing. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with specialty coffee equipment.
