We're now looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee program and elevate our cafe experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the coffee bar, ensuring smooth service and exceptional quality. Train, mentor, and supervise barista team members to maintain consistent standards in coffee preparation and customer service. Develop and refine drink recipes, seasonal menus, and brewing methods. Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and cafe supplies -- including ordering and stock control. Oversee calibration and maintenance of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Handle customer feedback professionally to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Support hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews of barista staff. Collaborate with management to drive sales, implement promotions, and uphold brand identity.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 8 years of barista experience, including. Deep understanding of specialty coffee, espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Passionate about coffee culture and customer experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling, and inventory management is a plus. Barista training or certification (e.g., SCA) preferred but not required.
