Job Description
Key Responsibilities (Women Only)
Lead daily cafe and beverage operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation. Supervise, train, and motivate barista teams to deliver 5-star service standards. Prepare and oversee specialty coffee, wellness beverages, and healthy menu offerings. Maintain SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards in line with luxury hospitality norms. Manage inventory, stock control, supplier coordination, and wastage reduction. Handle guest interactions professionally, resolving concerns and enhancing guest experience. Support menu innovation in collaboration with management and wellness teams. Ensure smooth shift planning, staff scheduling, and operational readiness.
Mandatory Experience (Strict Requirement)
4-6 years of experience
as aSenior Barista / Head Barista / Cafe Supervisor
.Must have worked in 5-star hotels, luxury cafes, or premium healthy lounges
. Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, beverage presentation, and service etiquette. Leadership experience managing teams in high-volume or premium environments. UAE hospitality experience preferred.Why Join Blaura
