We are looking for an experienced Barista / Head Barista with excellent knowledge of specialty coffee and customer service. Candidates must have proven experience in Dubai/UAE and be skilled in latte art.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, smoothies, and cafe beverages
Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
(Head Barista) Train and guide junior baristas
Requirements:
Previous Dubai/UAE working experience is required
Minimum 2 years' barista experience (Head Barista experience is a plus)
Skilled in latte art & coffee machine operation
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
