Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Head Barista

with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the coffee industry. The ideal candidate will lead the barista team, maintain quality standards, create consistent beverages, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality coffee, beverages, and specialty drinks with consistency. Train, supervise, and support barista team members. Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of coffee machines and grinders. Develop new drink recipes and maintain the beverage menu standards. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, milk, and supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times. Implement and follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Manage workflow, assign tasks, and ensure smooth cafe operations. Handle customer feedback and provide excellent service. Assist the management team with stock control and daily reports. Ensure all beverages meet company standards before serving.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

as a Barista (including leadership experience). Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art, and equipment maintenance. Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with passion for coffee quality and customer service. Positive attitude, professional behavior, and strong work ethics.

Timing:

6-day work week (1 day off).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
