Job Description

Prepare and serve high-quality Japanese beverages such as matcha lattes, green teas, and specialty drinks. Supervise daily cafe operations, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and quality control. Train and guide junior baristas on brewing techniques, presentation, and customer service. Maintain beverage consistency, flavor standards, and visual presentation. Oversee cafe hygiene, equipment maintenance, and stock organization. Communicate effectively with management to improve menu items and workflow. Manage shift schedules and ensure smooth coordination between barista and kitchen staff. Build positive relationships with customers, creating a warm and welcoming experience. Support promotional or seasonal menu launches.
