We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee and beverage team. If you have a passion for crafting the perfect cup of coffee, a knack for inspiring a team, and a minimum of 3 years of barista experience, we invite you to be a part of our culinary journey. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the coffee and beverage department.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of baristas to ensure quality and consistency in every beverage.
- Craft and serve a wide variety of coffee and beverage options, adhering to high-quality standards.
- Maintain and clean coffee-making equipment.
- Create unique and innovative coffee recipes.
- Stay updated on coffee industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop beverage pairings.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous barista experience is required.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of baristas.
- Extensive knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Creativity and a passion for creating exceptional coffee and beverage experiences.
- Strong organizational skills and cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Barista certification is a plus.
- AED 2,500 - 3,500 per month (Salary will be based on experience and qualifications)
