Job Description
Baristas are the heart and soul of any coffee shop. From the science of brewing to the art of customer relations, baristas have a lot to navigate in any given workday. While always ready to recommend specialty beverages, baristas also need to ensure a clean, safe, and productive workspace for customers and co-workers alike. By personalizing the experience for customers, the right barista can also be your best brand ambassador.
- Greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service.
- Preparing coffees and other beverages to a high standard of taste and quality.
- Making recommendations to customers and answering any questions.
- Coordinate orders for Junior Baristas and waiters to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Manage orders for stock and coffee supplies.
- Maintain and clean coffee machines. Organise service where needed.
- Train and set standards for Junior Baristas and Wait Staff.
- Monitor and maintain hygiene and cleaning standards.
- Liaise with coffee roasters and management to ensure the smooth running of operations and delivery of quality products.
- HEAD BARISTA: 2 years (Preferred)
- WAITER: 2 years (Preferred)
- ENGLISH (Preferred)
- Abu Dhabi (Required)
- Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (Required)
- 25% (Preferred)
