Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards
- Ensure that the cafe is clean and organized at all times
- Train and supervise baristas and other cafe staff
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement promotions and marketing plans
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor cash register transactions and ensure accuracy
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of coffee drinks and other products
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Barista and/or in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of coffee drinks and other beverages
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
