2. Team Leadership
Supervise, train, and mentor bakery staff.
Assign daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow in the kitchen.
Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development.
3. Inventory & Cost Management
Monitor stock levels and order ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
Manage food costs, portion control, and minimize wastage.
Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
4. Hygiene & Safety
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
Oversee cleaning schedules and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
Enforce compliance with HACCP and local food regulations.
5. Operational Management
Collaborate with management on menu planning and product pricing.
Ensure efficient production to meet daily demand and special orders.
Address customer feedback regarding bakery products.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Baker or Senior Baker (5+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food production processes.
Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Creativity in developing new bakery products.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
