KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the Bakery: Oversee daily production, quality control, inventory, and food safety across all bakery operations. Innovate & Inspire: Develop new recipes, seasonal collections, and menus that reflect Yamanote Atelier's unique Japanese-inspired identity. Manage & Mentor: Guide, train, and motivate a team of bakers, fostering excellence, collaboration, and growth. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with chefs, management, and sales to align bakery production with restaurant offerings, B2B orders, and catering requirements. Uphold Excellence: Ensure every product consistently meets the highest standards in flavor, texture, and presentation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience leading a high-volume, artisanal bakery. Strong background in a restaurant, cafe, or food service environment. Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about baking and flavor development. Skilled leader with excellent communication and team-building abilities. Knowledge of Japanese baking techniques is a plus--but curiosity and adaptability are essential.
