Seeking a highly skilled HCL Volt MX Developer to design, develop, and maintain lowcode mobile and web applications using the HCL Volt MX platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance, and secure applications that deliver an enhanced user experience while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop multi-experience applications, optimize workflows, and implement API-driven integrations with backend services and third-party systems. You will focus on UI/UX design, backend logic, security best practices, and performance optimization to meet business requirements and drive digital transformation initiatives. Design, develop, and maintain low-code mobile and web applications using HCL Volt MX platform. 3 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement requirements for multi-experience applications. Lead the architecture and design of applications ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Integrate applications with enterprise systems through APIs, backend services, and third-party services. Develop responsive UIs optimized for multiple devices and platforms using Volt MX's components. Implement business logic and workflows to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Optimize application performance by fine-tuning code, reducing load times, and enhancing user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime and continuous functionality. Ensure security standards and compliance for applications, safeguarding data and ensuring secure user authentication. Stay updated with the latest Volt MX features and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Document application architecture, design patterns, and development processes to ensure clarity and consistency. Support application deployment and post-launch monitoring, ensuring continuous improvement and updates.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience Leading technology teams with exposure to various technical environments and business segments.

Hands-on experience with HCL Volt MX for low-code mobile and web application development, including building responsive and scalable applications for both iOS and Android. Solid understanding of Volt MX's multi-experience capabilities for developing mobile-first, web, and progressive web applications (PWAs). Experience integrating Volt MX applications with backend systems, databases, and third-party services using REST/SOAP APIs. Expertise of building low code no code reusable component driven processes on Foundry and use them from mobile applications and other systems like ERP, CRM etc. Proficiency in building interactive UIs and workflows using Volt MX's drag-and-drop tools, while ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration of Volt MX applications with enterprise systems and cloud-based services via Foundry. Strong knowledge of database management and data integration techniques, including experience with SQL and scripting for data automation and manipulation. Proven troubleshooting and debugging abilities for identifying and resolving application and integration issues within Volt MX applications. Comprehensive understanding of security standards, data encryption, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), with implementation in Volt MX-based applications. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment with tight deadlines and shifting business priorities.
