Job Scope: Responsible for the delivery of specific projects within the insight work plan for Home Care categories in NALI: Fabric Solutions, Fabric Enhancers and Household cleaners and Partner Country GM & his team, plus SVP/VP CD and the CD team, to shape & deliver the country & cluster business plans for Maghreb region

Roles & Responsibilities HC responsibilities for NALI . Support the cluster lead in business partnering with BPC leaders (VP, Brand Directors and Brand Managers) in the region . Represents the voice of the consumer in all decision making in the business . Leads category, brand, market reviews to drive short term and long opportunities for the HC business . Leads Innovation projects which is are initiatives on Local Jewels (led by CCBT) . Monitoring, analyses and course correction of innovation and communication projects . Ensures that market/consumer knowledge is shared, understood and acted upon within the team . Connect and manages key business partners: Nielsen, Kantar and other key agencies and leads relationship with CMI CoEs and People Data Center . Manages day-to-day operations for the marketing research work for HC category in the business units. . Provide a robust performance tracking tool, and analysis the regional category performance and present findings in key monthly / quarterly forums. The candidate is expected to classify and develop research projects based on Unilever guidelines. He / she will create brief and briefs MR agencies/ Center of Excellence who will run the project, he/she will ensure to provide the category expertise and input. HC CMI is expected to debrief of results to business partners to drive insights into action.

Performance responsibilities for Maghreb Region . Lead and drive cross geography and category initiatives & systems. . Lead Market Mix Modeling for Maghreb Region Agenda. . Develop and execute Shopper projects to fit business agenda. . Partner with NRM team to ensure SPI tracker accuracy and rigor. . Responsible for total Maghreb Region Reporting. . Lead work on Growth opportunities -Geography, channel & Country trends / opportunities. . Managing & leveraging Nielsen, KWP, MB BGS, Gain theory relationship, on a One Unilever basis: Data quality, systems integration, cross category insights and leveraging agency talent deployment

Key Competencies & Skills: . 4-6 years of CMI experience . Data savvy - leverage and understand multiple sets of data to craft a compelling story . Experience in continues research, retail audits and household panel is key . Communicates powerfully and prolifically internally and externally . Good understanding of trends . Excellent knowledge of new and agile market research tools . Interest in human behavior / psychology and neuroscience . Key stakeholders management . Able to lead big projects . Good analytical skills . Leadership skills and potential to grow as a leader . Demonstrable track record of outstanding partnership with business partners and stakeholders, communication, OTIF delivery, strong point of view, identification of growth opportunities.
