Skills & Responsibilities required:
  • Supporting the People Services and HC Transformation Director
  • Working closely with the HC leads and their subsequent teams
  • Ensuring projects and tasks are on track
  • Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels effectively, building trust.
  • You must be \xe2\x80\x9cAgile\xe2\x80\x9d in your approach, as situations are always changing
  • Proven experience to multitask
  • Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work across multiple departments and business functions promoting collaboration and teamwork.
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Can exercise independence of judgment and autonomy
  • Is flexible and comfortable moving between competing priorities and projects
  • Providing regular updates to Senior leadership
  • Must be a highly organized and dependant individual.
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.
Job requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in a similar role is a MUST
  • HR background (not necessary but preferred)
