Bachelor's degree in
Chemical Engineering
,Process Engineering
, orMechanical Engineering
Certified HAZOP Leader with 10+ years of experience in oil & gas or energy projects Align HAZOP outcomes with international safety standards (e.g., IEC 61511, API RP 521) and local regulatory frameworks Experience with QATAR Energy Projects is an added advantage Familiarity withP&IDs
,process flow diagrams
, andpipeline simulation tools
Knowledge of international standards:API RP 521
,ASME B31.4/B31.8
,IEC 61508/61511
Proven track record in chairing HAZOP studies for pipeline systems (onshore/offshore) Strong understanding of pipeline-specific hazards and mitigation strategies Excellent facilitation, communication, and technical writing skill Familiarity withSIL (Safety Integrity Level)
assessments and IEC 61511 standards Provide expert guidance on SIL (Safety Integrity Level) assessments and other process safety reviews Additional certifications inProcess Safety Management (PSM)
orRisk Assessment
are highly desirable Strongfacilitation and leadership
skills to guide diverse teams through structured HAZOP sessions Excellentcommunication and documentation
abilities Ability to synthesize technical input intoclear, actionable safety recommendations
Lead risk identification and analysis for pipeline systems, including flow assurance, corrosion, surge, and third-party interference Collaborate with design and operations teams to integrate safety recommendations into project execution with valid QID with NOC immediate joinerJob Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
