As a

Hatchery Technician

, you will play a key role in the operation of our poultry hatchery. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the proper incubation, hatching, and care of eggs to maintain healthy poultry. You will work with a skilled team to maintain industry-leading standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the collection and inspection of eggs for quality. Operate and maintain incubators, ensuring optimal conditions for hatching. Regularly monitor and track embryo development through candling. Supervise the hatching process and ensure the health and safety of new hatchlings. Maintain accurate records of egg incubation, hatching rates, and health monitoring. Ensure all equipment and facilities are kept clean and in good working order. Comply with health and safety standards and hatchery protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in a poultry hatchery (mandatory). Proven experience in managing

poultry hatchery operations

. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Knowledge of poultry health and safety regulations.
