Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and basic AC work.
Conduct routine inspections of buildings and report any issues.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients and supervisors.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment as required.
Install, replace, or repair fixtures, appliances, and basic fittings.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.
Support other facility management tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Handyman, Technician, or similar role.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry works.
Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals (preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Willingness to travel to different client locations if required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Technical certification in maintenance, electrical, or plumbing (preferred).
UAE experience is an advantage.
