Job Overview

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for handling day-to-day repair and maintenance tasks across our furnished apartment portfolio. This includes plumbing, electrical work, minor painting, appliance and furniture fixes, and purchasing necessary materials. The candidate must be hands-on, efficient, and able to work independently across multiple locations in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance across apartments, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry Conduct minor repairs to appliances, furniture, doors, and fixtures Troubleshoot and resolve urgent maintenance issues quickly Purchase and transport materials, tools, and replacement parts as needed Coordinate with the operations team to ensure units are fully functional before guest arrivals Maintain basic records of repairs and replacements

Requirements

Valid UAE Driving License is absolutely mandatory

Must be based in Dubai and familiar with navigating the city Proven experience in maintenance, handyman services, or technical work Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Must be physically fit and capable of hands-on repair work Good communication skills and professionalism Flexible with working hours, including weekends when required

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Application Question(s):

Are you experienced in maintaining and troubleshooting chilled water AC systems, including Filter Cleaning, Strainer Cleaning, Duct Cleaning, Coil Cleaning? Are you experienced to safely handle residential electrical repairs, including wiring, switches, circuit breakers, and ceiling cight installations? Can you handle common plumbing tasks such as leak repairs, drain unclogging, water heater replacement and fixture installations? Do you have experience with both interior painting, including surface preparation and finishing? What are your salary expectations? What languages do you speak?
