We are seeking a well-rounded Handyman with hands-on experience in painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and AC work. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, is solution-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs for residential and commercial properties

Carry out painting and touch-up work on walls, ceilings, and exteriors

Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing issues (e.g., leaks, clogged drains)

Handle basic electrical work such as fixture installation, socket repairs, and wiring

Execute carpentry tasks like furniture repairs, door adjustments, and cabinetry

Conduct routine servicing and troubleshooting of AC units

Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations

Communicate with clients and supervisors regarding job status and updates

Requirements:

Proven experience (1+ years preferred) in relevant handyman skills

Strong knowledge of tools and equipment related to the trades

Valid driver's license ( preferably)

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy materials when required
