Support
AC checks and basic troubleshooting
(filters, basic faults, reporting issues)
Fix common household issues: doors, hinges, locks, curtain rods, shelves, silicone sealing, etc.
Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests in occupied units
Report problems clearly and recommend solutions / spare parts needed
Maintain tools and keep work areas clean and safe
Work with the operations team to ensure apartments stay guest-ready
Requirements
Must-have:
Strong
painting experience
(prep, smooth finish, clean edges)
Experience in
plumbing + electrical maintenance
Basic understanding of
AC systems
and common issues
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks daily
Professional attitude and good communication
Ability to follow checklists and maintain quality standards
Physically fit and comfortable working on-site
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)
Previous experience in
holiday homes / hotels / facility management
Valid UAE driving license
Ability to source materials and coordinate with suppliers
