Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will take charge of on-site maintenance and repair tasks, manage small teams, and ensure the timely completion of assigned projects. The role requires hands-on expertise in technical tasks, problem-solving abilities, and leadership to guide and supervise team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and minor fit-outs. Supervise a team of technicians or workers on-site and ensure all tasks are executed efficiently and safely. Inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site issues promptly. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Coordinate with the project manager or supervisor for schedules, materials, and work progress updates. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies. Prepare and maintain daily reports and documentation of completed tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or handyman roles, with supervisory responsibilities. Strong skills in general maintenance areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Good communication skills to liaise with team members and clients. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in maintenance or construction is a plus.

Work Conditions:

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required. Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
