Handyman
Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Handyman who can handle day-to-day maintenance issues in buildings. The ideal candidate will be versatile, responsive, and capable of performing a wide range of repair and upkeep tasks to ensure our properties are always in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, etc.)
Respond to urgent maintenance issues and guest requests
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential problems
Install and assemble fixtures or appliances as needed
Liaise with the property management team regarding work progress
Ensure properties are safe, clean, and fully functional at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician
Strong knowledge of general property maintenance
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and time management
Valid driver's license and own transport preferred
Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance issues, including weekends if needed
