We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Handyman

with proven experience in the UAE to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across residential, commercial, or industrial properties. Knowledge of UAE building standards and local practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor HVAC repairs. Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls. Repair and install doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, and hardware. Assist with facility upgrades and renovations. Maintain records of work performed and materials used. Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with UAE safety regulations and building codes. Coordinate with external vendors or technicians when required. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-5 years of handyman/maintenance experience in the UAE

. Good knowledge of local building systems, tools, materials, and safety standards. Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work. Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and work orders. Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work on ladders or in confined spaces.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED1,900.00 per month
